Remote Search Consultant - Immediate Start!

gpac, a family-owned executive search firm, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as an Executive Search Consultant. Founded nearly 30 years ago, we are one of the fastest-growing firms in the nation.

Our proven success has made us an industry leader and one of the largest executive search firms nationwide, with over 700 consultants. No prior recruiting experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive initial training, ongoing coaching, and guidance—whether working onsite or virtually.

This is a commission-based role with earning potential between 30-75% of your production.

Responsibilities for the Search Consultant

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Partner with clients to fill open positions.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in successful placements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
• Proficiently use recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates for interviews; assist in job offer negotiations.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements for the Search Consultant

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Consistently perform outbound sourcing activities for clients and candidates.
