Base pay range

$35,568.00/yr - $800,000.00/yr

No prior recruiting experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, tools, and ongoing support to help you meet your earning goals.

REMOTE POSITION - This is a commission-based role with potential earnings of 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates for placements
• Utilize recruiting tools effectively
• Cold call, qualify, screen candidates and prepare clients for interviews, assist in job offer negotiations
• Conduct reference checks on candidates
