Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Assist clients in filling urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates for placements
• Use recruiting tools proficiently
• Qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews; assist with job offer negotiations
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• Degree preferred but not required
• Successful completion of gpac training
