Base Pay Range

$35,568.00/yr - $900,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Assist in filling urgent client positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates for successful placements
• Utilize recruiting tools effectively
• Qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews; assist in job offer negotiations
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
• Strong negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
• Completion of gpac training and all related requirements
