Base pay range

$35,568.00/yr - $800,000.00/yr

REMOTE POSITION: This is a commission-driven role with earning potential between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in successful placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen candidates and prepare clients for interviews, assist in negotiations
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
