Qualifikationen

• Strong ability to build professional relationships with brokers and clients.

Aufgaben

• Learn Employer Health Solutions by partnering with experienced reps.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and coordinate with brokers on underwriting considerations.
• Support outreach, meetings, and pipeline management.
• Develop knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Attend industry events to expand knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity records and CRM pipeline updates.
• Progress through training toward a full Sales Representative role.
