Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking an Associate Proposal Manager to support federal proposals from planning through submission. You’ll coordinate with Capture Managers, leaders, and technical teams to ensure compliant, compelling submissions and develop win-oriented content.

Entry-level with training; ETZ remote/hybrid work, willingness to travel up to 20%, and_APMP certification path provided. Candidates should have strong organization, communication, and deadline management skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years in proposals, capture, contracts, or deadline-driven work.
• Familiarity with FAR solicitations (L/M, PWS/SOW) and best practices.
• Experience with proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; APMP interest.

Responsabilidades

• Manage development of federal proposals from kickoff to submission.
• Develop compliant outlines aligned with instructions and strategy.
• Build schedules, compliance matrices, cross-reference tools.
• Translate requirements into actionable assignments and plans.
• Collaborate with Capture, business, and technical teams for messaging.
• Coordinate support across Finance, Contracts, HR, IT, Security, Legal.
• Support pink/red/gold color reviews and track comments.
• Ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned proposal content.
• Support final formatting, production, and submission.
• Identify risks, gaps, and schedule challenges; drive improvements.
