Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue by managing inbound and outbound Care Center calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service nationwide. This fully remote role pays hourly with commission-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will engage clients in English and Spanish, identify new opportunities, and build lasting relationships with internal teams and external partners to uphold our industry reputation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation eligible.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM software and sales tracking tools familiarity.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Adaptable and collaborative in fast-paced environments.
• Industry trends knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information; address inquiries and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate and route issues while maintaining detailed CRM records.
• Gather and manage data across multiple platforms and document properly.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations for clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
