HirePath Network in San Diego offers a hybrid role for a Bilingual Client Advisor who will listen to families, explain options in Spanish, and guide enrollment.

No prior experience required; we provide full training and state certification support, with mostly remote work and some in-person days.

You will contact families by phone and video, build relationships, and contribute to team goals while growing toward leadership.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• Live in the United States, within reach of San Diego for in-person days.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus.
• Computer, reliable internet, and a quiet place to work.
• Willing to complete training and obtain the required state certification.

Responsabilidades

• Contact families who requested information, by phone and video call.
• Understand their needs and explain their family protection options.
• Recommend the right plan and guide them through enrollment.
• Follow up and build long‑term relationships and referrals.
• Work toward personal and team goals, support on sales.

Conocimientos

Fluent Spanish

English a plus
