Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in New York is seeking a proactive project manager to drive global touring initiatives. You will coordinate calendars, routing, and deliverables, working across departments and with international partners to ensure timely execution.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in live music/events, strong communication, and a proactive, organized work style in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience as required.
• 2+ years in live music or live events with global touring exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage admin for tours of all sizes and geographies.
• Gather calendar availabilities and holds; create tour routings.
• Coordinate global tours and liaise with artists/agents/managers.
• Develop tour files, contracts, and weekly payment tracking.
• Create reports for internal and external stakeholders.
