Job summary

Clay is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for enterprise web projects on a project-based, hourly contract. You will bridge client teams and Clay’s engineers, guide deployments, and ensure delivery and compliance standards are met across Next.js/React-based sites.

You will craft client-facing technical docs, coordinate integrations and performance/security topics, and help plan releases. Strong written/spoken English, CMS like Sanity, analytics tools, privacy solutions, and hosting concepts

Qualifications

• Experience as technical point of contact between clients and engineering/delivery teams.
• Experience leading technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience creating technical documentation for client-facing projects.
• Ability to translate technical discussions into clear, structured docs.
• Strong understanding of modern web platforms and architectures (Next.js/React).
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity) and migrations.
• Experience with analytics/tag management tools (GA4/GTMs).
• Knowledge of privacy/consent tools (OneTrust).
• Understanding of hosting/infrastructure/CDNs and auth systems (SSO/Okta/Azure AD).
• Attention to risk, gaps, and implementation considerations before delivery.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clay in enterprise client calls on deployment and integrations.
• Bridge client stakeholders and Clay's development team.
• Prepare client-facing technical documentation and implementation approaches.
• Review technical docs for gaps and inconsistencies.
• Respond to client questions on security, analytics, and platform capabilities.
• Evaluate platform recommendations including CMS choice and migrations.
• Coordinate hosting, SSO, and deployment planning discussions.
• Facilitate release planning between clients and Clay teams.
• Support post-launch reviews and reporting.
• Coordinate privacy, analytics, and localization requirements.
