Job summary

Real Chemistry is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery across our healthcare platform. You will own sprint planning, backlogs, releases, and cross‑team dependencies, coordinating internal teams and external partners to keep workstreams unblocked.

You should have 4+ years of software delivery leadership, strong Agile fluency, and the ability to translate complex technical topics for non‑technical stakeholders. We offer flexible hybrid work and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

4+ years managing software delivery for product or engineering teams.
Experience coordinating one program across multiple external vendors or internal teams.
Strong Agile fluency, including running ceremonies and managing backlogs.
Enough technical depth to follow APIs, data pipelines, environments, and releases.
Ability to turn an ambiguous set of workstreams into a plan.
Experience managing dependencies across teams you do not manage.
Fluency with delivery/tracking tools like Jira, Asana, GitHub or Linear.
Ability to clearly communicate status to technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus: martech/adtech/or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

Run the delivery plan for the platform, coordinating milestones and dependencies.
Own Agile ceremonies and keep sprints, backlogs, and releases up to date.
Coordinate delivery across internal and external teams, keeping commitments.
Track blockers and drive decisions with stakeholders.
Manage release coordination across environments and teams.
Provide leadership with a current status and timeline picture.
Build scalable delivery processes as the team grows.
