Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Web Project Manager to oversee website development and optimization projects from planning through launch. You will coordinate clients, Account Managers, internal teams, and external partners to keep projects on time and within budget.

You'll communicate project status clearly to clients and teammates, translate technical updates for non-technical stakeholders, and maintain thorough documentation in Asana or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in website development.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in an agency setting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Technical understanding of WordPress workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage website development projects from kickoff to launch.
• Create timelines, budgets, and milestones with internal teams.
• Coordinate internal and external partners to meet scope.
• Identify risks and resolve delays proactively.
• Translate technical updates into clear client communications.
