Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple client-facing technical projects.
- Experience with software, web, app, or technology implementation projects.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum, and traditional PM approaches.
- Enough technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, databases, and deployment needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects from discovery through development, testing, launch and handoff.
- Serve as primary project contact for clients with clear updates and realistic expectations.
- Turn client goals into actionable requirements, plans, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to keep work moving.
- Track scope, schedules, budgets, resources and dependencies across projects.
- Identify risks early, resolve blockers, and propose solutions.
