Job summary

Retell AI is seeking a contractor to lead enterprise onboarding and production deployments of voice AI solutions. You will guide customers from pilot to production, build voice agents and system integrations using Retell APIs and webhooks, and work with engineering to troubleshoot live deployments.

The role is a remote, 1099 contractor position with overlap to Pacific Time hours. Compensation ranges from $6,000 to $7,500 USD per month, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2–8 years of hands-on experience in technical roles.
• Strong problem-solving with REST APIs, webhooks, and debugging distributed systems.
• Clear communication and comfort working directly with customers during launches and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for enterprise accounts and help customers move from pilot to production.
• Build voice agents and design integrations with customer systems using Retell APIs and webhooks.
• Troubleshoot live deployments and escalate issues to Engineering with reproducible cases.
