Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of work experience in project management or delivering IT-enabled business solutions.
• Seven or more years in program/portfolio management, transformation, or cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with executive-level communications, roadmaps, and integrated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise direction into an integrated, outcome-focused portfolio with measurable success criteria.
• Establish and facilitate portfolio governance, escalation paths, accountability, and operating rhythms.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across business, technology, operations, clinical, regulatory, finance, data, and vendors.
• Define outcomes, benefits, and value targets; monitor adoption and realization of expected value.
• Develop leadership communications and integrated reporting for executives and governance bodies.
• Coach PMs and delivery leads in disciplined execution and governance standards.
• Lead cross-functional change and ensure ongoing transformation and adoption.
