Job summary

Vontier Corporation is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to own strategic enterprise relationships, drive adoption of the Driivz platform, and guide customers through API integrations and complex workflows. You will partner with Product, R&D, Support, and Operations to deliver measurable value and manage escalations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS/tech.
• Proven experience owning and growing large enterprise ARR portfolios.
• Strong customer orientation with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and complex software platforms.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with strategic enterprise customers and high ARR portfolios.
• Act as trusted advisor with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understand objectives, architecture, and success criteria to drive adoption.
• Lead business and technical reviews, roadmaps, and success planning.
• Drive retention, satisfaction, adoption, and growth while identifying risks.
• Develop understanding of Driivz APIs, integrations, and capabilities.
• Guide customers through API discussions, data flows, authentication, and third parties.
• Coordinate with Product, R&D, Support, and Operations to resolve challenges.
• Lead complex issues and escalations with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Deliver technical training and enablement to customer teams.
• Identify knowledge gaps and improve training materials and playbooks.
• Translate feedback into actionable input for Product/R&D.
• Become SME on Driivz solutions and EV charging ecosystem.
