Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Talent Elevation to architect enterprise talent strategy and co-own it with the VP. You will operationalize frameworks across a 45,000-person organization, delivering calibrated talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce effectiveness across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years owning enterprise-level talent management programs and leading a team.
• Proven experience architecting talent review, succession, and performance systems in a large, distributed organization.
• Strong data orientation with the ability to translate talent outcomes data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the enterprise talent strategy with the VP and co-author governance across brands.
• Own the operational spine: calendars, toolkits, governance, readiness checks, analytics, and cross-brand delivery.
• Lead field partnerships with L&D, HR Operations, and HRBPs to co-build and deliver programs.
• Architect and govern the talent review, calibration, readiness, and segmentation frameworks.
• Drive succession & pipeline design, internal mobility governance, and development programming across brands.
• Own workforce planning and organizational effectiveness diagnostics and report program efficacy.
• Lead calendar development for calendar-driven programs and coordinate with Field & Brand leaders.
• Travel to centers to learn brand nuances and build field relationships (up to 25%).
