This role collaborates with corporate NSC functions and field leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects in a multi-site environment.
• ECE experience required with strong understanding of center operations and field leadership dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and drive results with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and implementation of enterprise-wide growth, operational, and strategic initiatives across multiple brands.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive successful outcomes.
• Develop project plans, timelines, communication strategies, and success metrics to ensure initiatives deliver results.
• Serve as a liaison between corporate stakeholders and field leaders, gathering feedback, managing change, and ensuring adoption of new programs and processes.
• Monitor initiative performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain momentum and achieve goals.
