Job summary

Computer World Services seeks an experienced Systems/Network Administrator Lead to manage enterprise systems and networks in support of the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. You will oversee O&M, act as service owner for infrastructure, and lead a distributed team to ensure secure, reliable operations.

Responsibilities include directing the ORT, implementing RMF security, disaster recovery, and incident management, while coordinating with government leadership and vendors.

Qualifications

• This role requires leading enterprise IT teams across dispersed locations.
• Experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux servers, VMware ESXi, SANs, and cloud tech.
• Proven ability to manage outages, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Strong RMF/security posture and DoD cybersecurity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise systems administration and O&M across the USMEPCOM environment.
• Serve as service owner for enterprise infrastructure and ensure SLAs.
• Direct contractor personnel for operations and maintenance of networks.
• Provide technical leadership for servers, OS, databases, virtualization, and cloud.
• Lead Outage Response Team and coordinate incident management and COOP.
• Serve as primary technical contact during major incidents for government stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain outage response procedures and incident playbooks.
• Review IRPs quarterly and ensure inventories and procedures stay current.
• Oversee dispersed teams and monitor performance, availability, and health.
• Support cloud, VDI, firewall, secure comms, and enterprise modernization.
