Job summary

Computer World Services seeks an experienced Systems/Network Administrator Lead to steward enterprise systems and networks for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. Responsibilities include leading O&M, defining service ownership for infrastructure, and guiding teams across Windows, UNIX/Linux, VMware ESXi, SANs, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related technical discipline preferred.
• 5+ years leading enterprise IT teams in dispersed locations.
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions and VDI environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise systems administration, network operations, and O/M activities across the USMEPCOM enterprise.
• Serve as service owner for enterprise infrastructure services and ensure SLAs are met.
• Direct contractor personnel responsible for operations and maintenance of networks.
• Provide leadership for Windows/UNIX/Linux servers, VMware ESXi, SANs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead the Outage Response Team, incident management, disaster recovery, and COOP activities.
• Coordinate outage response with Government leadership, vendors, and external agencies.
