Job summary

Computer World Services seeks an experienced Systems/Network Administrator Lead to guide enterprise systems and network administration supporting the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. You will oversee O&M, act as the service owner for enterprise infrastructure, and lead a team across distributed locations to keep systems secure, reliable, and mission-ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years managing enterprise IT teams with Windows/UNIX/Linux, VMware ESXi, SANs.
• Experience leading outage response and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise systems administration, network operations, and O&M activities across the USMEPCOM enterprise.
• Serve as the contractor's service owner for enterprise infrastructure services and ensure service level objectives.
• Plan, organize, and direct contractor personnel responsible for O&M of USMEPCOM networks.
• Provide technical leadership for Windows and UNIX/Linux servers, VMware ESXi, SANs, cloud infrastructure.
• Lead Outage Response Team (ORT) and direct outage response, incident management, DR, COOP.
• Coordinate outage resolution with Government leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and update IR plans, DR documentation, and playbooks.
