Job summary

Computer World Services seeks an experienced Systems/Network Administrator Lead to guide enterprise systems and network administration supporting the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. You will oversee O&M, act as the service owner for enterprise infrastructure, and lead a team across distributed locations to keep systems secure, reliable, and mission-ready.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, cybersecurity, or related field.
5+ years managing enterprise IT teams with Windows/UNIX/Linux, VMware ESXi, SANs.
Experience leading outage response and incident management.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise systems administration, network operations, and O&M activities across the USMEPCOM enterprise.
Serve as the contractor's service owner for enterprise infrastructure services and ensure service level objectives.
Plan, organize, and direct contractor personnel responsible for O&M of USMEPCOM networks.
Provide technical leadership for Windows and UNIX/Linux servers, VMware ESXi, SANs, cloud infrastructure.
Lead Outage Response Team (ORT) and direct outage response, incident management, DR, COOP.
Coordinate outage resolution with Government leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Develop and update IR plans, DR documentation, and playbooks.
