Job summary

Foxhole Technology, LLC seeks a Systems/Network Administrator Lead for a large enterprise IT services program. The role covers development, administration, maintenance, and modernization of mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities include ensuring service levels, applying RMF security, and leading an Outage Response Team. Requires a Secret clearance and multi-domain network expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of enterprise IT architecture and engineering experience across network domains.
• Certifications listed in job description: ITIL v4, DoD cyber workforce, security certs.
• Experience supporting global network systems and subsystems; LAN/MPLS/BGP/WAN troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee systems/network administration and operations maintenance across enterprise platforms.
• Serve as service owner ensuring defined service levels are met and outages are managed.
• Lead Outage Response Team and coordinate COOP/disaster recovery.
