Job summary

Planned Systems International, Inc. seeks a Network and Computer System Administrator to support the VA Benefits and Memorial PMO Team. You will administer Windows Server, network infrastructure, and enterprise systems across mixed environments, ensuring high availability and security.

The role requires 8–15 years in enterprise IT, AD management, and monitoring with tools like Dynatrace and Splunk. Collaboration with VA teams and vendors is essential in a secure, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS/Engineering.
• 8–15 years of progressive Windows server and enterprise infra experience.
• Experience with monitoring, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and change/configuration management.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace, Splunk, or similar monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments across physical, virtual, cloud, and on-premises infra.
• Design and document system and network configurations and security controls.
• Monitor health and performance using enterprise tools and implement optimization actions.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, and access controls.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, databases, and enterprise apps.
• Support integrations between enterprise apps, cloud platforms, and mainframe systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
