Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking an Associate Systems Administrator for a remote role. The position provides operational and technical support for enterprise systems including NinthBrain, Hospital Hub, and related platforms.

You will handle day-to-day support, ticket resolution, setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation to keep systems reliable for patient care. You will work with senior admins and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate configurations, proper credentialing,

Qualifications

• Experience in system administration or IT operations in healthcare or SaaS.
• Strong ticketing system experience.
• Ability to document workflows and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for ADO tickets.
• Set up and configure NinthBrain systems.
• Assist with credential setup and data mapping.
• Monitor import success via alerts and verification.
• Troubleshoot NinthBrain, ImageTrend, and Hospital Hub issues.
• Develop and maintain Quick Reference Guides.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure coverage across shifts.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
