Job summary

Del Mar College is seeking an Enterprise Systems Analyst (Levels I–III) to support and improve enterprise business systems across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, learning, eForms, and more. The role focuses on analyzing processes, aligning systems to student success, and partnering with the Director of Web Services.

Remote work in Texas is possible, with occasional on-campus meetings in Corpus Christi; travel within Texas may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience or Associate’s degree with 3 years.
• Level II requires Bachelor’s degree with 3 years or Associate’s with 5 years.
• Level III requires Bachelor’s degree with 5 years or Associate’s with 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure NeoEd modules (recruiting, onboarding, performance, learning, eForms).
• Administer Ellucian Experience platform.
• Maintain SharePoint and Adobe Sign solutions.
• Develop Power Automate workflows.
• Manage system configurations, permissions, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with administrative departments to gather requirements.
• Provide training and SOP documentation.
• Assist with implementation of new modules and tools.
• Support governance committees and vendor relations.
