Job summary

Texas Southern University is seeking an ERP Technical Developer to maintain and support the university's ERP system. You will work with the ERP team on integrations, reporting, and process automation while aligning with the university's strategic plan.

The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of ERP technologies (Banner, UC4, SnapLogic, Boomi, Mulesoft), and experience with SDLC. Hybrid/onsite work arrangements are available with a 1.0 FTE schedule.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of related experience in higher education or enterprise systems
• Experience with ERP systems and integrations
• Strong knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to automate processes and develop stored procedures
• Experience with reporting and ad-hoc query tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong project management and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with ERP team and stakeholders to solve business problems
• Support or administer ERP application including monitoring and troubleshooting
• Create and maintain ad-hoc queries and reports
• Develop integrations with other systems and automate processes
• Support ERP upgrades and patching
• Document requests and maintain knowledge base articles
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
