Job summary

Del Mar College is seeking an Enterprise Systems Analyst (Level I–III) to advance administration and enhancement of key enterprise systems. The role supports NeoEd, Ellucian Experience, SharePoint, and Microsoft-based solutions, focusing on process analysis and operational efficiency to help student success.

Remote-work is available within Texas with on-site/quarterly meetings, and travel is covered as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 1 year experience required for Level I or an Associate’s degree with 3 years experience.
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience or an Associate’s degree with 5 years experience for Level II.
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience or an Associate’s degree with 7 years experience for Level III.
Experience administering enterprise systems and knowledge of related platforms is expected.
Ability to analyze processes and implement workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure NeoEd modules (recruiting, onboarding, performance, learning, eForms).
Administer Ellucian Experience platform, and SharePoint/Adobe Sign solutions.
Develop Power Automate workflows and manage identity lifecycles (Entra ID).
Support system integrations, APIs, and data flows; troubleshoot complex issues.
Collaborate with departments; translate requirements into configurations; train staff.
