Job summary

Remote Texas work is possible with periodic on-site meetings in Corpus Christi. Responsibilities include system ownership, integrations, data management, and supporting stakeholders across registrar and advising offices.

Qualifications

• Administer academic and student success platforms (Coursedog, Civitas, or similar).
• Understand higher education business processes (curriculum lifecycle, scheduling, advising).
• Perform business process analysis and continuous improvement.
• Know system integrations, APIs, and data flow concepts.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and data issues.
• Demonstrate strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Platform Ownership: administer Coursedog modules and Canvas LMS integrations.
• Manage configurations, workflows, permissions, and upgrades.
• Analyze academic and administrative processes for efficiency improvements.
• Identify gaps and propose system-based solutions.
• Support redesign of workflows to align with institutional goals.
• Integration & Data Management: support integrations and data reconciliation.
• Assist with implementation of new modules and tools.
• Collaborate with departments and staff to translate requirements into configurations.
• Provide governance and training support; assist with vendor coordination.
• Provide reporting insights for scheduling, engagement, and outcomes.
