Job summary

Lime is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Office of the CEO and help translate Lime’s Long Range Plan into actionable annual plans and budgets. You will build models (LRP, TAM/SAM), support capital allocation decisions, and track enterprise priorities with cross-functional teams.

You’ll drive planning cycles, OKRs, and governance materials, while delivering analyses that inform leadership decisions in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Be willing to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support translation of Lime’s Long Range Plan into annual plans and budgets.
• Build and maintain models (LRP, TAM/SAM) and support capital allocation analysis.
• Support planning cycles, business reviews, OKRs, and enterprise priority tracking.
• Maintain visibility on progress and execution risks across the organization.
• Develop competitive intelligence and track competitor activity for leadership insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensure follow-through.
