Job summary

Lime is seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager for Supply Operations to lead a diverse team of mobile and backend engineers. You will partner with Product, Design, Operations, Security, and other teams to shape the roadmap and deliver reliable products that improve the productivity of our global operations.

This remote US-based role requires strong people leadership, technical depth, and the ability to own complex problems from product definition through rollout.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading teams of senior engineers and technical leads.
• Strong background in mobile, backend, or full-stack product engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mobile and backend engineers, including senior technical leaders.
• Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and Engineering to define strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across mobile, backend, and web systems.
• Drive engineering quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Develop senior technical leaders and create clear ownership within the team.
• Set expectations and goals, and align staffing with organizational priorities.
