Job summary

Lime is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for our supply chain systems. The role requires deep NetSuite expertise and track record driving end-to-end product delivery from ideation to value realization.

The position is remote in the United States, with collaboration across procurement, inventory, logistics, and operations. You will own KPIs, partner with engineering on MVPs, and guide cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience with NetSuite modules.
• Experience with demand planning (Anaplan) and transportation management (Oracle TMS).
• Proven ability to deliver customer-centric, value-focused products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in Agile settings.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy by market trends in supply chain and logistics.
• Lead the supply chain roadmap and align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, logistics, and operations to gather requirements.
• Map complex supply chain, order management, and distribution processes.
• Be the voice of customers and operations to drive value and resolve pain points.
• Prioritize enhancements to improve adoption, satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Work with engineering to define MVPs and release plans.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with global trade rules.
