Job summary

Lime is seeking a Technical Lead to shape the future of its core applications and technical ecosystem. You will drive architecture, strategy, governance, and execution across platforms powering how Lime employees collaborate and get work done.

This is a remote position requiring residency in the Eastern/Central Timezone to maintain effective collaboration. You will lead complex initiatives, mentor engineers, and partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders to raise

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS platforms and business systems.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders.
• Strong scripting, automation, and API-driven integration skills.
• Deep understanding of enterprise app architecture and SaaS governance.
• Experience turning business processes into scalable automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction for Core Applications, shaping architecture and governance.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex issues and ensure design clarity.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Design and deliver automations and integrations to optimize workflows.
• Mentor engineers and stay hands-on in design and execution as needed.
• Promote enterprise AI usage with governance and scalable patterns.
• Participate in on-call rotations and ensure production reliability.
