Lime is seeking a Legal Operations & Solutions Lead to join our Legal Operations team in a remote US-based role. You will identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale operations across the global Legal function, partnering with leadership to implement tech solutions, automation, and data-driven insights.
The role focuses on program leadership, governance, and building scalable processes to support fast-growing business units while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years delivering scalable operational improvements in a legal, compliance, or corporate function.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
- Comfort translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Identify inefficiencies across Legal workflows and implement scalable improvements.
- Lead operational initiatives from idea to adoption with measurable results.
- Shape and improve Legal’s technology ecosystem (matter management, CLM, eDiscovery, automation, AI).
- Build reporting and metrics to support data-driven leadership decisions.
- Develop scalable knowledge resources, training, and self-service tools for the Legal team.
- Partner with Legal leadership to prioritize initiatives and drive strategic outcomes.
- Improve service delivery by reducing friction and aligning processes.
- Own special projects and support the Legal team as needed.
