Job summary

Lime is expanding its Office of the CEO and seeking a Manager to help translate the Long Range Plan into annual plans and budgets. You will build models, support capital allocation, and ensure enterprise priorities are tracked across the company.

In this role, you will drive planning cycles, business reviews, OKRs, and governance processes, while delivering insights to leadership and enabling informed decisions. A fast-paced environment and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Long Range Plan into annual plans and budgets.
• Build and maintain models (LRP, TAM/SAM) and support capital allocation analysis.
• Support planning cycles, business reviews, OKRs, and enterprise priority tracking.
• Maintain visibility on progress and execution risks; provide leadership with insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and governance documentation.
