Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or related field.

Responsabilités

• Analyze processes to streamline workflow design and revenue cycle performance.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and staff; liaise to assure efficient operations.
• Survey patient and staff satisfaction; address concerns to maximize quality.
• Identify root causes of problems and propose refinements for implementation.
• Collaborate with patient access and other departments to standardize policies and procedures.
• Present technical problems in clear formats to both technical and user audiences.
• Oversee HR activities including interviewing, promotions, and staff development.
• Assist in developing operating and capital budgets and controlling expenditures.
