Job summary

HireReady Partners is seeking a Director of Sales for our fully remote national sales team. This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on new client acquisition and revenue production, not a management position.

You are a proven hunter with an established enterprise and mid-market network, ready to grow our MSP for direct-hire recruiting, as well as Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing services across the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in staffing sales across IT, Finance & Accounting, or engineering.
• Proven success acquiring mid-market and enterprise clients.
• History of meeting significant revenue goals.
• Strong relationships with Talent Acquisition, MSP, and executive leaders.
• Established network in staffing and talent ecosystem.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from outreach to onboarding.
• Develop strategic business-development plans for revenue growth.
• Navigate complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders.
• Leverage network to create opportunities and accelerate sales.
• Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with fulfillment and account-management teams.
• Represent the company at conferences and client meetings.
