Verkada is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager for its Enterprise team. The role leads a high‑performing SE group in the Central US region, guiding technical strategy and team development in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You will mentor engineers, handle escalations, and collaborate with sales and product teams to drive successful, scalable solutions. This position offers substantial impact across cross‑functional initiatives and requires travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of technical presales teams for 3+ years in a similar company.
• Experience at a cloud and network infrastructure focused org with hardware/software exposure.
• Track record of partnering with sales and product teams to win deals.
• Experience building and scaling technical pre-sales organizations.
