Megaport, a global NaaS leader, is seeking a Technical Marketing Engineer to bridge Product, Engineering and Go‑to‑Market teams. You will translate platform capabilities into deployable architectures for enterprise customers, delivering field‑ready assets and technical enablement across connectivity, compute, storage, and emerging workloads.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands‑on experience in infrastructure, cloud, networking, or platform engineering roles.
• Deep understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and enterprise infrastructure design.
• Proven ability to create detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles or customer‑facing technical engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed reference architectures and deployment blueprints across connectivity, compute, and storage.
• Deliver regular technical training for internal teams and customers to ensure consistent solution positioning.
• Create and present technical enablement content including architectural diagrams and implementation guides.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate new capabilities into field‑ready assets.
• Produce content addressing enterprise use cases such as bare metal virtualization, hybrid and multi‑cloud networking, Kubernetes platforms, and AI workloads.
• Design and maintain repeatable solution patterns that scale across industries and regions.
• Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers and technical deep dives.
