• 5–8 years of project management experience on enterprise software.
• Experience leading hybrid onshore/offshore delivery across time zones.
• Proven ability to manage risk, issues, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution across multi-workstream programs.
• Maintain program plan, risk logs, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders.
• Draft client-facing status reports and project documentation.
• Support onboarding, scope readiness, and go/no-go readiness.
