Abnormal AI is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector SLED team. You will sell behavioral AI security solutions to large state, local, and education agencies, focusing on California and broader US opportunities.

The role requires hunter discipline, a track record of over-quota performance, and the ability to navigate procurement and RFP processes. Remote-friendly, base salary with incentive compensation and benefits.

Formación

• 8+ years direct enterprise sales experience in SLED accounts.
• Proven track record closing large state and local government deals in California.
• Strong negotiation skills with complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Technical fluency across security, cloud, and AI to discuss with CISOs/IT leaders.
• Experience building business cases showing ROI for public sector.
• Undertaken early-stage territory building under resource constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Abnormal AI to large Enterprise SLED agencies and exceed annual recurring revenue targets.
• Manage full deal cycle from initial conversation to contract and renewals.
• Prospect and build new opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Demonstrate platform expansion from email security to identity, AI security, and insider threat.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan to support planning and forecasting.
• Advocate for customers internally to prioritize features that drive revenue.
