Abnormal AI is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the SLED team to drive large, complex public sector deals in California and beyond. The role requires a hunter mentality, proven success selling cybersecurity solutions to government entities, and strong collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years direct enterprise SLED sales experience.
• Experience closing new logos and growing CA state/local accounts.
• Strong negotiation across multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Technical fluency across security, cloud, and AI.
• Experience selling subscription software to CISOs and security staff.

Responsibilities

• Sell Abnormal AI to large Enterprise SLED agencies and exceed quota.
• Run full deal cycle from first conversation to contract signature.
• Prospect and build new opportunities to keep pipeline ahead of target.
• Sell a platform expanding from email to identity, AI security, and insider threat.
• Partner with Customer Success to protect renewals and surface expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate data across Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to drive revenue.
