Job summary

Nivoda is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to fuel our rapid growth. You’ll take inbound leads and hunt outbound prospects, qualify quickly, and secure a demo on the account executive’s calendar.

This is a fast-paced, high-velocity role using a multichannel approach (phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) with strict cadences, CRM discipline, and weekly activity/demos metrics. You’ll thrive on big numbers and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with a fast, high-volume cadence.
• Excellent phone and writing skills; 60–80+ meaningful touches daily.
• Process-driven with strong CRM hygiene and cadence adherence.
• Native or professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads within SLA and convert to booked demos.
• Build outbound sequences against target retailer lists with high velocity.
• Qualify buyers by type, volume, intent, and timeline.
• Book and confirm demos, minimizing no-shows with reminders.
• Keep CRM accurate with every touch and disposition.
