Job summary

Nivoda is seeking a high-velocity Sales Development Representative to own inbound leads, hunt outbound prospects, and schedule demos for the AE's calendar. You’ll own the early funnel and qualify fast, turning interest into booked meetings.

This is a fast-paced, transactional SaaS role with multi-channel outreach using phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, rigorous CRM hygiene, and weekly activity/demos metrics to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with a transactional, high-volume motion.
• A killer on the phone and crisp in writing; comfortable with 60–80+ meaningful touches a day.
• Process-driven: you live in cadences and CRM hygiene.

• Native or professional proficiency in English, Dutch, Flemish & French is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Work inbound leads within SLA (minutes, not hours) and convert them to booked demos.
• Build and execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists; personalise at speed.
• Qualify hard: right buyer type, purchase volume, intent, timeline; kill bad leads quickly.
• Book, confirm, and protect the demo with reminders and pre-demo touches.
• Keep the CRM immaculate: every touch logged and dispositioned.
• Feed learnings back: objections heard and segments that convert.
