Job summary

Fivetran in Washington, DC area seeks a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives and drive new business and expansion across strategic accounts.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, Product, and Revenue Operations to build a scalable GTM motion, coach top performers, and lead disciplined MEDDPICC-based selling and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise sales leadership with a track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing AEs
• Proven history of overachievement as an enterprise seller and leader
• Ability to lead and motivate AEs through growth and change, earning trust of the team
• Experience partnering cross-functionally and co-selling with external partners
• Expertise in both land and expand sales motions and data-driven decision making
• Experience building outbound selling cultures and driving qualified pipeline

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, and empower a team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed revenue targets
• Drive a high-accountability culture with coaching and disciplined processes
• Champion sales rigor through MEDDPICC methodologies
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, Product, and Revenue Ops
• Collaborate externally with SI’s, GSI’s, and tech partners
• Ensure excellence in sales execution for complex multi-stakeholder deals
• Forecast accurately to executive leadership with deep enterprise knowledge
• Work with technology and SI partners to enable co-selling motion
