You will navigate complex committees, craft ROI-based value propositions, and drive deal velocity across a competitive market, partnering with Marketing, Product, and Services to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales management with six-figure deals.
• Experience guiding complex, consultative sales cycles.
• Industry exposure to consumer goods, food & beverage, or CPG.
• Ability to build ROI-based value propositions for C-suite buyers.
• Proficient with CRM tools and sales analytics for coaching.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales strategy for enterprise accounts across CPG and related sectors.
• Build and lead a seven-person quota-bearing sales team.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder committees to accelerate deal velocity.
• Develop compelling ROI-based value propositions and close deals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services.
