Job summary

Scribe is seeking a Manager, Emerging Enterprise Sales to lead and develop a high-performing team closing Enterprise accounts with moderate velocity. You’ll coach, guide deal execution, and drive predictable results at scale.

Remote role; you must be located in the U.S. to be eligible. You’ll collaborate across Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Recruiting to ensure your team has what it needs to win.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing Account Executives.
• Led teams selling into large Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts (1,500–5,000+ employees).
• Experience coaching Account Executives closing $50K–$100K ARR deals with ~90-day cycles.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection.
• Hands-on, embedded in teams and active deal cycles.
• Structured coaching, enablement, and training.
• Proven sales leadership at a high growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Emerging Enterprise AE team to close Enterprise deals.
• Drive funnel discipline, forecast accuracy, and scalable sales motion.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Recruiting to win.
