Job summary

Scribe is seeking a Manager, Emerging Enterprise Sales to build and lead a high-performance team closing Enterprise accounts with moderate velocity. You’ll coach, develop, and drive a repeatable sales motion while ensuring accuracy in forecasting and scalable results.

Fully remote in the United States, this leadership role emphasizes hands-on coaching, strategic account execution, and collaboration with Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Recruiting to help the Enterprise motion scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing Account Executives in a high-growth startup
• Led teams selling into large Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts (1,500–5,000+ employees)
• Coached Account Executives on closing $50K–$100K ARR deals with ~90-day cycles
• Proven ability to forecast, manage pipeline, and inspect deals
