Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Group Manager, Enterprise Sales to build and lead a team focused on the largest accounting firms in the United States.

You will hire, ramp, and develop Enterprise Account Executives who own complex, multi-stakeholder deals and drive net-new IAS and Intuit Intelligence revenue with a repeatable motion. Qualifications

7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.
2+ years of people leadership hiring, ramping, and coaching enterprise sellers.
Ability to build team, pipeline, and operating rhythm from a standing start.
Strong deal management and forecasting discipline at team level.

Responsibilities

Hire, onboard, and ramp a team of Enterprise Account Executives with a repeatable hiring bar.
Coach reps on enterprise deal strategy; participate in deal reviews and executive calls.
Design territory and account segmentation; defend pipeline to hit quotas.
Lead complex multi-stakeholder deals end-to-end and engage CIOs/partners when needed.
Drive IAS & Intuit Intelligence adoption post-close across accounts.
