Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience selling directly to CFOs or finance leaders.
• Ability to build and qualify a sales pipeline across portfolios.
• Strong forecasting and account planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline targeting CFOs, FP&A leaders, controllers, and operators.
• Run discovery calls to surface gaps in reporting and data infra related to labor points.
• Coordinate with delivery leadership to scope engagements and proposals.
• Own outreach to PE operating partners for multi-portfolio engagements.
• Track pipeline, forecast, and closed business against quota.
• Recognize opportunities for Array’s workforce solutions within LevelUp pipeline.
